Valentine’s Day set menu, $120pp

Optional add-on: (+$10pp - why wouldn’t you?!) Curated selection of red, white or prosecco, or a handcrafted minute cocktail

For the table:

  • Local oysters, finger lime, green hot sauce, radish

  • Raw yellowfin tuna, kataifi pastry, harissa, black lime

  • Falafel, sunflower seed tahini, hung yoghurt, harissa, pickles

  • Grilled oyster mushrooms, Lebanese toum, grilled pita, chicken skin dukkah

  • Chopped wapiti deer, fried potato galette, Aleppo pepper romesco, basil

Choice of:

  • Market fish, smoked mussel vinaigrette, fermented fennel, pink peppercorn za’atar
    or

  • Coastal lamb shoulder tagine, grilled rump, sheep’s milk labneh, green chermoula

Sides:

  • Seared carrots, green harissa, buttermilk

  • Radicchio, pomegranate, beetroot, cashew, ricotta salata

To finish:

  • Raspberry & chocolate: chocolate crémeux, seasonal berries, raspberry coulis

  • Petit four, chef’s choice
