Shared starters:

Te Matuku oysters, pomegranate and bagna cauda milk
Grilled Te Matuku oyster with smoked butter
House-made flatbread with coconut butter
Octopus carpaccio with pineapple and herbs
Green-lipped mussels with chorizo picante and saffron

Main choice:

Bavette with cacio e pepe caramel and egg yolk
or free-range grilled chicken thigh with jerk spice

Sides to share:
Rocket salad with pear, parmesan and walnut

Dessert:

Choux with pistachio chiboust, strawberry and white chocolate
